Online Payment
We use a credible third party company, PayPal to process all online payment transactions.
On our order form, a user is asked to provide contact information (e.g. name, email and address) and payment information (e.g. card type, number and expiration date). This information is used solely for billing purposes, to fulfill customer’s order and may be used for future promotional offers. If we have trouble processing the order, this contact information will be used to get in touch with the user.
Once the payment is processed, PayPal will send an email order confirmation to the user and us, and relevant registration instructions will be generated by us and send to the user via email.
Product Registration
When purchasing the product, the device serial number is necessary for a successful product registration and licensing.
